Who Teaches the Club?

Each week, one of our four expert alumni coaches lectures on a topic of his specialty before opening up the floor for Q&A. The Kairos Speech & Debate Club instructors are:

• Coach Benjamin Rutten (National champion & 2x national champion coach — teaching Lincoln-Douglas Debate, Parliamentary Debate, and Speech) 
• Coach John Semple (2x national champion — teaching Lincoln-Douglas Debate and Speech) 
• Coach Hudson Kubiak (Team Policy and Parliamentary Debate specialist — teaching Team Policy and Parliamentary Debate) 
• Coach Brayden Braun (National Team  Policy Debate semifinalist & national speech finalist — teaching Team Policy Debate, Parliamentary Debate, and Speech)

When Does the Club Meet?

The Club meets every Tuesday (holiday weeks excepted) from 8:00-9:30 pm EST (5:00-6:30 pm PST). Our exact schedule is as follows:
